 PSE is a French NGO helping Cambodian kids growing on Phnom Penh dump. This active organization needs to keep their website always up to date and communicate on current actions leaded. They actually needed a CMS (Content Management System) to allow them, at any time, to modify any pages of the website. PSE's website was realized with Joomla!, an Open Source CMS developed in PHP.
